By accessing and using Pixalo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Pixalo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Pixalo's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When you purchase a product from Pixalo, you are granted a license to use that product in your personal and commercial projects. The license includes:

• Unlimited use in personal and commercial projects
• Modification rights to adapt to your needs
• Sharing with team members working on the same project

However, you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the products as standalone assets.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

All paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards processed securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing via the Stripe Billing Portal.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

The materials on Pixalo's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pixalo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Pixalo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pixalo's website, even if Pixalo or a Pixalo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
